Refunds and Returns
We want you to love your candles when they arrive, but if anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please contact us at: help@planetparadisecandleco.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Please note that soy wax is a natural wax and prone to expanding and contracting in different temperature settings, so shrinkage, frosting, air bubbles and minor imperfections like this, are not considered a default and therefore not subject to a refund.
If you’d like to exchange your candle for another of the same size and price, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For packages that arrive damaged, you can return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch with us for further details—we’re always happy to assist!
We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive safely but in the rare event of damage during transit, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please send us photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions
If you've ordered something in error then please get in touch immediately and we’ll do all we can to remedy the situation.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund or replace candles that have been used.
